I found the staff really friendly and helpful. they helped me find food options and even heated up some food i had packed for dinner after a long day. the location is convenient. It's a short walk to many attractions and very close to the train station. the proximity to key transit hubs was a significant plus.
The tv remote wasn't available. I had to ask for it.

the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants i ENJOYED. breakfast had many options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs. my room was cleaned daily and the staff restocked towels and toiletries.
the elevator was small and slow, it made moving luggage DIFFICULT.

the location proved convenient for exploring. the train station access allowed easy day trips outside the city. the superior double or twin room offered ample space and comfort.. i appreciated the daily cleaning service. the staff was always ready to assist with directions or recommendations.
the elevator was a bit small, especially when carrying luggage.

i found the location useful. it was a short walk to termini station. there were various pubs, shops, and restaurants close by. the reception staff seemed friendly.
the hotel was somewhat old and lacked proper maintenance. some floors DO NOT have elevators, inconvenient. i found the breakfast very basic. it seemed that the hotel stay was not worth the cost.

the breakfast was acceptable, it had several options.
The lack of soundproofing was a huge problem. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms and the hallway. the kettle in the room was dirty, i requested a replacement, but it never arrived. the bed linens were not changed .

the staff was helpful. the concierge helped us booked A trip to florence. the concierge informed us on the dos and don'ts of riding the train. i definitely recommend this hotel.
the air conditioning wasnt working well. i asked for a fan, BUT they told me they turn the air con off until summer time.

The hotel staff provided attentive service, especially at breakfast. I enjoyed the food variety offered each morning. The hotel's location provided convenient access to attractions and transportation. Republica underground station was only a short walk. Our quadruple room offered ample space for everyone.
