I found the staff really friendly and helpful. they helped me find food options and even heated up some food i had packed for dinner after a long day. the location is convenient. It's a short walk to many attractions and very close to the train station. the proximity to key transit hubs was a significant plus.
The tv remote wasn't available. I had to ask for it.

the breakfast was acceptable, it had several options.
The lack of soundproofing was a huge problem. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms and the hallway. the kettle in the room was dirty, i requested a replacement, but it never arrived. the bed linens were not changed .
